We want you to love your new locker as much as we do, but if it isn't quite right for your home, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unassembled and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Locker

  Carefully repack the item in its original box, ensuring all components are protected to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using your preferred tracked courier; once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
